Sometimes, things just go right!
You just know you’ve done something right when you put a video on the pupils blog like this one:
The pupils watched the video many times so they could grab the information, they categorised the information and produced non-chronological reports with no support. Just take a look at some of the in the webpage displayed below. Just awesome! They have proved that they do indeed understand this genre!

Wow, what fantastic work your class has produced and what a great idea. I will let my class have a look at the blog next week and ask them to comment. I am really interested in the steps you took to get this work. Would there be any chance that i could see the plans for this?
